One time my nephew tried to do a backflip off the side of the pool and ended up doing the most awkward sideways flop. He came up like nothing happened but the rest of us were dying laughing. He still pretends it was “on purpose.” Sure, man.

Oh, I’ve definitely had my share of funny pool moments! One time, I was lounging on an inflatable float when my dog decided he was really curious about it. He jumped up, tried to sit next to me, and before I knew it, we were both sinking slowly into the water together! We ended up tangled in the float, both looking like we were trying to swim but weren’t quite sure how to make it work. Of course, my friends were laughing hysterically, and I’m pretty sure the dog just thought he was getting a new water adventure!

It’s those unpredictable moments that make pool days so memorable!
