How do you make an above-ground pool look more permanent?

I love my above-ground pool but hate how temporary it looks. How do I make it blend into the yard better?
Totally get that! One easy way is to build a simple deck or platform around part or all of the pool. It hides those metal walls and makes it feel more like a permanent feature.

Adding some landscaping shrubs, tall grasses, or flower beds around the pool also helps it blend in and look more natural. Even some decorative fencing or privacy screens can change the vibe a lot.

I felt the same way about mine at first. What really helped was building a small deck, nothing fancy, just enough to make it look more finished. I also planted a few bushes and added some potted plants around the base. It made a big difference in how it fits into the yard. You could even use wood or lattice skirting to hide the sides if they bug you. Little things like that can make it feel a lot less temporary.

To make your above-ground pool blend into your yard better, consider building a deck around it. A deck not only makes the pool look more permanent, but it also adds extra space for lounging and entertaining. Adding landscaping around the pool, like shrubs, flowers, or tall grasses, can help soften the edges and create a more natural, cohesive look. A privacy fence or bamboo screen can also add seclusion and make the pool area feel more like an oasis. Lastly, pool lighting and decorative accents like outdoor furniture or a small garden can elevate the vibe and make it feel more integrated into your backyard.
